Terms and Conditions for The Love in Limbo: Self-Paced 30-Day Roadmap

The program includes 30 structured lessons, actionable tools, guided meditations, and access to additional support features. This program is for personal growth and educational purposes only and does not provide therapy, legal, or medical advice.

2. Disclaimer

The Company and its representatives are not licensed therapists, psychologists, doctors, or other healthcare professionals. This program is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Participants are encouraged to seek professional help for medical or mental health concerns.

Participation in this program does not guarantee specific results. Your outcomes are dependent on your personal effort and engagement with the materials.

3. Payment and Refund Policy
• Full Payment Required: Payment must be completed at the time of enrollment.
• Refund Policy: The program includes a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, you may request a refund by contacting the Company at love@stacibartley.com. Refund requests made after this period will not be granted.
• Payment Plan Options: If applicable, payment plans must be completed as agreed upon during purchase.

4. Use of Program Materials
• All program materials (e.g., videos, guided meditations, worksheets, lessons) are proprietary and owned by the Company.
• Materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, distributed, or republished without written permission from the Company.
• Unauthorized use of materials is strictly prohibited and constitutes intellectual property infringement.

5. Participant Responsibilities
• Engagement: Participants are responsible for their progress by actively engaging with the program’s lessons and tools.
• Technology Requirements: Participants must ensure they have the required technology (e.g., a stable internet connection) to access the program.

6. Support and Community Guidelines
• Discussion Board: Access to a discussion board is included for Participants to connect with others navigating similar challenges. Participants are expected to engage respectfully.
• Direct Messaging: Participants may direct message Staci, Tom, or Brooke for personalized insights. While the team will strive to respond promptly, there may be delays in response times.
• AI Support: Participants have access to What Would Staci Say AI for guidance tailored to their journey.

7. Confidentiality
• Respect for privacy is a cornerstone of the program. Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal information or discussions shared within program-related spaces.
• The Company respects your privacy and will not disclose personal information without your consent unless required by law.

8. Non-Disparagement

Participants agree not to publicly or privately disparage the Company, its representatives, or the program. Constructive feedback should be shared through the designated support email: love@stacibartley.com.

9. Termination of Access

The Company reserves the right to terminate access to the program if:
• You violate these terms and conditions.
• You engage in disruptive or disrespectful behavior.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
