Welcome to the What to Say (and Not Say) During Space Masterclass (the “Program”), created and presented by Staci Bartley, Relationship Expert, and the Better Love Club team (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, accessing, or participating in the Program, you (“you,” “participant,” or “customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

• Upon purchase, you will receive access to the on-demand masterclass and related digital materials (“Content”) via our online platform.
• Access will remain available for as long as the course is hosted by us and the hosting platform remains active. We reserve the right to migrate, update, or retire the Program at any time, with reasonable notice provided.
• This purchase grants you individual access only. Sharing login credentials, redistributing materials, or displaying the content in group settings without written permission is prohibited.

2. Respecting the Learning Environment

This Program may include access to community spaces within the Better Love Club or affiliated platforms. By participating, you agree to:
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of all participants.
• Refrain from judgmental, aggressive, or harmful communication.
• Avoid offering unqualified relationship, legal, or medical advice to others.
• Uphold a culture of empathy, curiosity, and emotional safety.

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior violates these community standards or disrupts the environment, without refund.

All content within this Program — including but not limited to videos, text, worksheets, audio, graphics, frameworks, and recorded coaching — is the intellectual property of Staci Bartley, TRBD, Inc., and Better Love Club.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for your own learning.
You may not copy, share, reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly display any portion of the Content without our prior written consent.

4. Coaching Disclaimer

This Program is educational and self-developmental in nature. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health or medical care.

No coaching relationship is created between you and Staci Bartley, TRBD Inc., or any facilitator by virtue of purchasing or participating in the Program.

We make no guarantees about the outcome of this Program. Your results depend on your personal effort, participation, and circumstances. The tools and frameworks provided are designed to support self-awareness and relational skill-building, not to promise reconciliation or specific relationship outcomes.

6. Payments, Refunds & Guarantees
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
• Payments are processed securely via our online checkout provider.
• We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee: If you complete the class and don’t feel clearer or calmer in how you communicate during space, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@stacibartley.com.
• After 7 days, all sales are final.

We are not responsible for outages, delays, or loss of access caused by your internet connection, device compatibility, or third-party platform issues. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access if technical interruptions occur.
